The Missing

An original anthology series following the work of French detective Julien Baptiste, exploring the psychological and emotional complexity of what happens when a child goes missing, and the unexpected toll on their families if they finally return.
In the first series, Baptiste is brought in to investigate the abduction of a young boy whose father refuses to accept that he may be dead, even after years of searching. The second series explores the shock of a young woman returning to her family after going missing over a decade before, contrasted against Baptiste’s race to locate another girl in a similar case who is yet to be found.
